What's New
Youth Mental Health Literacy
South Africa’s youth are stressed out and struggling to cope. Our new training was developed by experts in youth mental health, together with NACOSA learning and youth specialists. Offered as an eLearning course or in person, it empowers participants to effectively engage and support young people facing mental health challenges. Learning about mental illness and the importance of seeking treatment can save lives and enhance futures.
UNDERSTANDING GENDER BASED vIOLENCE
South Africa is one of the most violent and unequal countries in the world. It continues to deal with the impact of decades of racism and exclusion, which has affected the development and unity of its people. The country is also known for a range of multi-dimensional inequalities linked to race, gender, class, disability and sexual orientation.
