It was all about the girls at AIDS 2016 – with over 2,400 of them becoming infected each week in South Africa. This young woman was educating people about HIV and how to prevent it.
The International AIDS Conference in Durban brought the world to South Africa and showcased South Africa’s AIDS response to the world. NACOSA was lucky to have received scholarships to attend and a free exhibition stand at the Global Village. We are immensely grateful to our partners the Global Fund and USAID, without whom NACOSA would not have been able to attend.
