Funding, systems and plans are all important in achieving the global goal of ending AIDS by 2030 but it is people who ultimately influence the thrust of the AIDS response. This annual report is our salute to all the people who work in the AIDS response in South Africa – and beyond – without them, the ambitious goal of ending HIV, AIDS and TB by 2030 will simply not be possible.
