The Global Fund’s Community Systems Strengthening (CSS) Framework as implemented by NACOSA includes strengthening community groups, organisations and networks, and supporting collaboration to enable delivery of effective, sustainable community HIV, TB and STI responses.

The CSS Small Grants Scheme aims to improve the reach and impact of the Global Fund grant by providing funding for community-based services and activities in selected priority districts. The scheme will invest in organizations providing critical community-based HIV and TB services to key, vulnerable and hard to reach populations with a particular focus on supporting the Tuberculosis (TB) and HIV and TB Stigma and Discrimination Reduction (SDR) programs.
