Three Global Fund Principal Recipients (PRs) namely, NACOSA, Beyond Zero and AFSA, are seeking Technical Assistance (TA) to provide intensive support to the PRs in the selection of a service provider who will develop an Information Management System (IMS). This IMS should include case management for individual-level beneficiary tracking for HIV and TB programmes. The service provider may also be required to provide implementation oversight to the development of the IMS.
