The NACOSA Training Institute is thrilled to be able to offer a number of new accredited learning programmes (full qualifications) this year. The new offerings are aimed at providing people with the skills to get employment in the health and services industries.
“With the official unemployment at over 29%, it is critical to build the kinds of skills that are really needed in the country,” says Training Institute Manager Annelie Terblanche. “The NACOSA Training Institute has worked hard to create new training offerings that respond to these needs.”
The Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) has accredited the Training Institute to provide an Occupational Certificate: Health Promotion Officer (SAQA ID 94597, NQF Level 3). Learners who complete this qualification will be able to:
The Services Seta has accredited the Training Institute to provide two Learning Programmes as part of the overall Generic Management qualification (SAQA 57712, NQF Level 4). Learners who complete the Administration Learning Programme (ID 58344) and General Management Learning Programme (ID 74630) will be able to:
As part of the overall qualification SAQA 93997, the Contact Centre and BPO Learning Programme (ID 80566, NQF Level 3), also accredited by the Services Seta, will enable successful learners to:
