By offering a combination of training workshops and structured mentoring, we help small, community-based organisations make major strides in developing their capacity.

NACOSA's training track record speaks for itself: organisations that attend our workshops are better equipped to manage their organisations, better able to attract funding and more successful at maintaining that funding.

Our workshops are co-facilitated and participant numbers never exceed 30. We provide training manuals to help participants implement what they have learned in their organisations.  NACOSA also undertakes invoice-based training workshops for selected organisations.
